- A non-refundable US $600 per person per tour deposit is required at time of booking. The deposit is payable within seven days of your reservation. Written confirmation will be provided to guest(s) upon receipt of signed reservation form and deposit.

- Final payment is due no later than 120 days prior to the 1st day of the tour of the season, Spring or Fall (S or F), for which the reservation is made.

-Tours booked less than 120 days before the beginning of our first tour scheduled (S or F) require full payment at the time of the reservation.

- There is a $650 single supplement.  An alternative to the single supplement:  Single guests may share our 2-bedroom, living-room suites.  If they agree, we'll put them in contact with each other to decide if they want to share.

- Payments must be made to French Vintage Vacations, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “FVV”.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing via certified mail, fax or email.
- 91 + days: $600 Tour deposit
- 61-90 days: 25% of the total Tour price.
- 31-60 days: 50% of the total Tour price
- 0-30 days: 100% of the total Tour price

Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason.  Bank and PayPal fees paid by FVV will be deducted from refunds. FVV strictly adheres to its cancellation policy and will make no exceptions to the policy.   If Guest chooses to cancel his or her reservation, FVV must receive written notice of said cancellation in writing via certified mail or e-mail.

An alternative to cancellation – Transfer of Deposit: Guest may transfer from one tour to another scheduled within the same calendar year up to 90 days before trip departure without penalty after which time the cancellation policy applies.  When transferring to a different date or trip, if the trip costs more than Guest’s original trip, Guest pays the price difference. This credit can only be rolled over once and Guest incurs no penalty.  No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days before the first tour scheduled.

Prices are per person, double occupancy.  The tour is sold as a package and there will be no refund for any unused portions such as meals, services, transportation, and accommodations not utilized by a guest for any reason.  We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as we will not be able to deviate from this policy.

RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
 
There are certain risks and dangers in traveling on any tour, and in a foreign country.  We strongly recommend that you review your medical and personal insurance and supplement it if necessary.  Guests must be at least 18 years old, except for teenagers accompanied by their parents. Any physical disability requiring any special attention must be reported when the reservation is requested.

FVV (French Vintage Vacations, LLC and Anne-Marie and Wade Hampton) assume no responsibility for any claim of damages, expenses or liability for any claims, injury, death, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, loss or damage to person or property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from causes that include but are not limited to any fire, acts of government, theft, delays, cancellations, irregularity, weather, vehicle problems, strikes, illness or accident incurred in any manner including transportation by plane, bus, car, van, taxi, train, boat, or other conveyance, acts of terrorism or “acts of God” incurred during the tour.  FVV is not liable for changes in program or inconveniences due to strikes, weather, cancellations or any other circumstances that could disturb in the carrying out of any arrangements.

Participants agree that FVV shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any claim of damages, expenses or liability for any claims, injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever. FVV reserves the right to charge a $100.00 late payment fee if payment is not paid by due date, and to cancel the reservation without any refund if payment is 10 days past due.  FVV reserves the right to alter the itinerary if some adjustments need to be made due to local holidays, etc. and to alter accommodations.  It’s never happened in the past, but if a minimum number of people do not sign up FVV reserves the right to cancel a tour.  In this case our liability would be limited to a full refund of the reservation deposit and fees paid to FVV or offer an alternate tour date.  FVV
reserves the right to accept or decline, and to cancel the tour for any participant(s) at any time should such person's health, mental conditions, physical infirmity, or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the welfare or enjoyment of other guests.  In such event there will be no refund, and no reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred by a participant whose tour has been canceled.  If a guest causes any damages, he/she is the sole person responsible for payment.  FVV reserves the right to take photos or films during the tour, and to use the photos for promotional purposes.  Please let us know at the beginning of the tour if you prefer not to have your image used.  Payment of your deposit or full payment represents your agreement to all the Terms and Conditions, and by signing the Reservation Form you are signing a release of liability.
